Partners Excellence Program (PEP)
Partners Excellence Program (PEP) was created with the belief that individual employee's (partner's) performance must excel if NHC is to continue to have satisfied customers.
Customers can recognize partner's performance by completing a PEP card. Customers can include patients, family members, patient visitors and supervisors.
Customer satisfaction activity is identified and reported on PEP cards that are available throughout the center or by using the online form available below.
